Course Description:
This course provides participants (typically Junior-Middle Managers) with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, manage the subsequent emotions and create a personal action plan as a result. It also enables participants to develop a structured approach to giving and receiving feedback, whilst engaging the emotions of others.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Better provide and receive constructive, example-based feedback
  • Explain how to manage the personal emotions resulting from feedback
  • Help the receiver to create a personal action plan to address the feedback
  • Explain the motivational impact of giving regular positive feedback
